I declare that I will abide by the rules of event accept that the organizers will not be liable for any loss, damage, action, claim, costs or expenses which may arise in consequence of my participation in this event.

I declare that I will not compete in this race/event unless I am in good health and will be competing at my own risk.

I authorize the organizers to use of photos and motion pictures after the event publishing on MTR Social Media accounts and MTR Website and maybe used promotion of future MTR events.

• The Race is a demanding running event and you should be fit enough to at least run the majority of the route.

• The organizers of the race have the right to refuse entry and the decision of their officials will be final.

• Race registration only for people over 16+

• The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or make any last-minute alterations to the route or cancel any race due to FORCE MAJEUR circumstances.

• I understand that competing in this event may involve running on the road and walking on wilderness trails with rocks, roots, stream crossings, and up and down steep terrain. The hazards may include but are not limited to; challenging terrain, rocks, roots, adjacent streams, rivers, motor vehicle traffic, slippery surfaces, loose rocks, soft sand, weather conditions, heat exhaustion, hypothermia, actions of spectators, other competitors, general public and the event organizers personnel.

• Additionally, all athletes should use due care under the circumstances to comply with all rules, regulations, statutes, and laws of Pakistan.

• Your decision to voluntarily partake in the event/race signifies your acknowledgment of the disclaimer and that you shall not bring any legal action against organizers of the events for any claim.

• Your signature will be required upon registration in order to participate, as a confirmation that you have read, accepted, and will abide by the laws & rules as specified in the declaration above.

2025 annual Events Schedule

MTR organizes the Margalla Trail Running Festival on different trails of Margalla Hills in February every year.  Inter-Club Margalla Hill Half Marathon in April every year. In July every year, MTR organizes the Galiyat Mountain Trail 60k and 20k by UTMB Index Races in Galiyat mountains Pakistan. MTR organizes Margalla Backyard Ultra in December every year.
