Margalla Triathlon 2026 Registration Form

I acknowledge that participation in the 2026 Margalla Triathlon involves significant physical exertion and inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, disability, or death. 1. Rules & Compliance I agree to comply with all rules, regulations, and instructions issued by Margalla Trail Runners (MTR), including competition rules, medical control policies, and applicable national and international triathlon and anti-doping regulations. 2. Anti-Doping Declaration I agree to be bound by applicable anti-doping rules and accept strict liability for any prohibited substance found in my body. 3. Assumption of Risk I understand and accept risks including but not limited to: • swimming hazards, drowning, water conditions • cycling accidents, road hazards, traffic • running injuries, terrain hazards • weather extremes (heat, cold, storms) • collisions with participants, vehicles, or objects • equipment failure • fatigue, dehydration, cardiac or medical complications • acts of third parties, negligence, or unforeseen hazards I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation. 4. Fitness Declaration I confirm that: • I am physically and medically fit to participate • I have trained adequately • I have not been advised against participation by a medical professional 5. Emergency Medical Consent I authorize the Event Organizer to provide or arrange emergency medical care if required. I understand that: • I am responsible for all medical costs • my medical information may be shared with healthcare providers if necessary 6. Waiver & Release of Liability I hereby waive, release, and discharge MTR, organizers, sponsors, officials, volunteers, authorities, and all associated entities from any claims arising from: • injury, illness, disability, or death • property damage or loss • travel to/from the event • negligence or other acts 7. Indemnity & No-Sue Agreement I agree not to sue any released party and to indemnify them against any claims arising from my participation. 8. Equipment & Personal Responsibility I accept full responsibility for: • my equipment and its condition • any repairs or services used • loss or damage of personal belongings 9. Media & Photography Consent I grant permission for use of my: • name • image • race results • likeness for promotional and media purposes worldwide, without compensation. 10. Event Changes & Cancellation I understand that the Event may be modified, delayed, or cancelled due to safety, weather, or other reasons, and refunds are subject to organizer policy. 11. Participant Declaration I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to this waiver and all terms stated above.
