Trail 4 Parking
This Saturday evening, we are going to run on Trail Dhok Jewan of Margalla Hills. We will start hiking/jogging from trail 4 parking and there will be an easy 1km warm-up run on a flat section tail and later enter into the uphill section of Dhok Jewan trail.
We are glad to share, that MTR is introducing beginner-level trail group runs. Previously MTR was organizing only one trail group run on Sundays. But now we have added another group trail run on Saturday mornings as well. Which will be designed to cater to beginners who want to start trail running and explore Margalla hills in short sessions using easier routes.
MTR welcomes people of all gender and age groups to our beginner group trail runs. MTR is also a strong supporter of promoting female running in Pakistan, be it on trails or roads. So, if you are a girl, boy, or senior citizen who wants to run on hills and learn about trail running, then do join! We have a friendly group of trail runners who meet up every week.
