Race Format for Inter-Club Competition

• A Club/Team/Group etc., with minimum SIX or more members (at least ONE female runner), will be automatically entered into the club/team, etc., competition.
• The top six (at least one female) fastest runners finishing times will be calculated from each club/team/group.
• The winning club/team/group whose top six runners (at least one female runner) will finish the race in a minimum time.
• The total SIX athletes' time will be calculated for the club's/team's result competition.

RACE SETUP GUIDELINES and Do’s & Don’ts

1. The race is OPEN to All, including club/group/team and non-club/group/team members.
2. Runners have the option to register a club/team name or as an individual.
3. Running Club must represent as a club. The club cannot be divided into groups/teams. It is against the race spirit.
4. A Club/Team/Group etc., with six (minimum one female) or more members, will be automatically entered into the club/team, etc., competition.
5. Each club’s/team’s finishing time will be calculated by adding together the finishing times of the fastest top six (minimum one female) club/team etc., members.
6. The winning club/team/group whose top six runners (at least one female runner) will finish the race in a minimum time.
7. One race day or after finishing the race, individual runner or any other team/club member cannot move (result compilation) to another team/club.
8. There will be trophies for the Winning and Runner-up club/team/group.
9. The 1st three position holders will receive PRIZES in the Male and Female categories.
10. No participant may allow an unregistered or unauthorized person onto the course. Pacing in races is prohibited, unless the pacer is officially registered for and participating in the same race 
11. Cut off time 4 hours
12. If any participant is found to cheat or use any unfair way in the race. He/She will be DISQUALIFIED from the race result.
13. COURSE CUTTING: Any person found to have failed to cross all official timing checkpoints may be disqualified from official results.
14. If any participant is found to misbehave/harass, etc, any of the participants or volunteers. He/she will be disqualified from the race result.
15. If any club/team or member of the club/team or individual has any concerns, especially regarding RESULTS. Kindly report to the Race Director. The matter will be resolved by the Result Complied Team/Dispute Committee.
16. NON-REFUNDABLE: Entry fees are non-refundable and may not be deferred or transferred.
17. TIME LIMIT: In the interest of safety, each race has a time limit as set out in the RACE Cutoff Policy. Aid stations may not be available to participants after the race cut off time.
18. The participants are responsible for the transportation from Pir Sohawa, Isloo Gril to Trail 3 Parking. We will arrange transportation facility for those who haven’t but it is limited and time bound. Participants can come back on public transport.

Race Disclaimer

• I declare that I have read all information and details of the event before signing up of the event/race.
• I declare that I will abide by the rules of event accept that the organizers will not be liable for any loss, damage, action, claim, costs or expenses which may arise in consequence of my participation in this event.
• I declare that I will not compete in this race/event unless I am in good health and will be competing at my own risk.
• I authorize the organizers to use of photos and motion pictures after the event publishing on MTR Social Media accounts and MTR Website and maybe used promotion of future MTR events.
• The Race is a demanding running event and you should be fit enough to at least run the majority of the route.
• The organizers of the race have the right to refuse entry and the decision of their officials will be final.
• Race registration only for people over 16+
• The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or make any last-minute alterations to the route or cancel any race due to FORCE MAJEUR circumstances.
• I understand that competing in this event may involve running on the road and walking on wilderness trails with rocks, roots, stream crossings, and up and down steep terrain. The hazards may include but are not limited to; challenging terrain, rocks, roots, adjacent streams, rivers, motor vehicle traffic, slippery surfaces, loose rocks, soft sand, weather conditions, heat exhaustion, hypothermia, actions of spectators, other competitors, general public and the event organizers personnel.
• Additionally, all athletes should use due care under the circumstances to comply with all rules, regulations, statutes, and laws of Pakistan.
• Your decision to voluntarily partake in the event/race signifies your acknowledgment of the disclaimer and that you shall not bring any legal action against organizers of the events for any claim.
• Your signature will be required upon registration in order to participate, as a confirmation that you have read, accepted, and will abide by the laws & rules as specified in the declaration above.
