Margalla Trail Runners is presenting for the first time in the history of Pakistan a 100k trail race in the 5th edition of the Galiyat Mountain Trail Race. The race is exciting, thrilling, and challenging, a 100km distance, in the mountains of Galiyat.
Galiyat Mountain Trail, under the banner of Margalla Trail Runners, has become a member of ITRA-International Trail Running Association and UTMB® (Ultra Trail du Mont Blanc) Index Races. GMT is an annual event of ITRA and UTMB® Index Races.
Galiyat Mountains are part of the Himalayan foothills located in Abbottabad District of KPK, Pakistan. The trail starts from Lalazar Park, Nathia Gali, and finishes at Jandala, Khaira Gali. The interconnected trails are the most beautiful and scenic, and one of the best routes for trail running.
PRIZES for the 1st THREE Position holders in the Male and Female categories.
