Margalla Trail Runners (MTR) will run on the 2nd ridge trail, an epic adventure beyond Margalla Hills. The weather, cloudy and rainy, is going to become awesome this Sunday. So, don’t miss the opportunity to run long distances in the mountains.

Meeting Time: 06:30 am at Zoo Parking, Islamabad, Pakistan.
We’ll move on vehicles for Masta village, Makhniyal. Where the 2nd ridge trail starts.
Run Start Time: 07:30 am
Level: Easy to Intermediate
Duration: 2 to 3 hours
Terrain: Trail
Distance: 10 to 16km
Ascent: 500 meters.
Shoes: Trail or Multi-terrain shoes
Gear, Hydration, and Food: Running vest or trail running 5 to 10 bag, hat/cap, water, snacks (dates, chocolates, etc.)
