What: Intervals Workout
Workout Details: 2km WU, 400m Intervals, 1 minute rest/walk jog with 6/8/10/12/14 sets and 2km CD.
What is an Interval Workout?
Interval training involves alternating between high-intensity effort and recovery periods. For example, a runner may sprint for 1/2/3 minutes or 100/200/300/400 meters, followed by 2/3/4 minutes of easy recovery walk or jogging. This cycle is typically repeated 8–10 times during a session.
